Shigabo Forest Park

This scenic spot in Hirakawa, Aomori Prefecture, offers panoramic views of the Tsugaru Plain and Mt. Iwaki from an elevation of about 1,150 feet. With few obstructions, the observation plaza at Shigabo Forest Park overlooks expansive farmland, the city, and majestic Mt. Iwaki rising in the distance on clear days.
