The long, narrow space designed by Tadao Ando stretches along the slope of Omotesando, and just strolling up at an easy pace is a smooth, beautifully designed experience in itself. The brands here range from major international luxury labels to high-quality Japanese designer brands, so it’s genuinely a great place to browse and shop.
Especially during the Christmas season, Omotesando Hills feels even more romantic.
Most of the shops here are high-end brands and designer boutiques. The atmosphere is elegant and it never feels too crowded, which makes shopping really pleasant. Besides shopping, I also recommend checking out the window displays or visiting the exhibitions they hold from time to time!
Even on weekdays, it's super crowded. With the yen being weak, lots of foreigners come here to shop for luxury brands.

I sat outside and admired the building's exterior—it's a classic example of Tadao Ando's signature exposed concrete style. I've always loved the look of exposed concrete: simple, understated, and elegant. The architecture alone makes it worth a visit!
