I highly recommend this herb garden for anyone who loves flowers and plants. The ticket plus ropeway is a bit of an expense, but the beauty of the gardens is totally worth it. There's so much to see! You can also relax in the café with some herbal tea and snacks, and the atmosphere just melts away all your travel fatigue.

The garden has a European-style design and sells lots of herbs and related products. There's a light, pleasant fragrance in the air, and the plants are beautifully maintained.

The total for the garden admission and round-trip ropeway is JPY 1,400 per person. It's not cheap, but once you're up there, it's totally worth it.

The owner takes great care of the flowers here—they all look beautiful. It's a perfect spot for taking Instagram-worthy photos.

The whole mountain is filled with herbs and other flowers. Besides enjoying nature, you can also get great views of the city and Kobe Port. I recommend taking the ropeway to the top and then walking down to enjoy the scenery along the way.
