You can drive your car straight to the parking lot inside. From there, it's just a short walk to Kappa Bridge.

You really need to set aside a whole day for this place because it's just so beautiful. The scenery makes it hard to leave. Staying a night at the nearby Hirayu Onsen is also a great idea.

When Kamikochi just opened, you could still see patches of snow along the riverbed. Sometimes, wild mother monkeys would come out with their babies to look for food. It's such a natural and untouched environment.

It's like a paradise on earth—so beautiful! Walking along the riverbank and breathing in the fresh air really refreshes your body and mind. 👍

Walking from Taisho Pond to Kappa Bridge, the scenery is just so poetic. The Japanese really value nature and the environment—everything feels so peaceful and beautiful.
