There are lots of hot spring inns to choose from here. Plus, Akiu Great Falls is recognized as one of Japan's Top 100 Waterfalls and is a national scenic spot, so it's definitely worth a visit!

This is a super popular hot spring resort in Tohoku. It's really close to Sendai—just a 30-minute bus ride—so getting here is super convenient.
