When I visited, the staff could speak not only Mandarin but also Cantonese with a Hong Kong accent. I was really surprised.

We stayed in a Japanese-style tatami room with comfy beds and an open-air bath. After soaking, we enjoyed an amazing kaiseki dinner and breakfast—everything was super delicious. You can relax in the bath and take in the view. Honestly, this stay was just fantastic.
