This place once hosted a flower expo. There are tons of plants and lots of photo spots for flower lovers. It's also one of Japan's popular tourist attractions.

The area around the Windmill Hill is planted with different flowers depending on the season. In spring, you'll see tulips, in autumn, cosmos, and there are sunflowers too. The whole hill is just gorgeous! 😘
