When strolling through Yokohama Chinatown, you can't miss this popular dim sum shop! The aroma drew me in as I passed by. There are lots of street snacks to choose from, and the buns, shumai, and dumplings are all great for eating on the go. The small portions make it easy to try different flavors and are just right for a snack while exploring Chinatown! Shopping and eating delicious food all along the way is so satisfying.

I only meant to take a look, but the aroma pulled me right in.

I didn’t have huge expectations at first, but once I tried it, I was genuinely impressed! The dim sum at Kocho Dim Sum Shop had chewy wrappers and generous fillings. Every bite was really well done, easily on par with famous places people line up for.

Having a world competition champion chef here is clearly no joke. Next time I’m in Yokohama Chinatown, I’d definitely come back!
