A lot of the staff can speak basic English and they're super polite, so it's really easy for foreigners to shop here!

If you live around Hachioji or Tama, this is a pretty decent shopping mall.

On weekends and holidays, the shopping center gets really crowded. I recommend going early to avoid the crowds.
