I’ve been to Furano, and this place really spoils you with its powder snow!
Because of the inland climate, the snow here is extremely dry and has very low moisture content. The moment your board touches down, that soft yet supportive floating feeling is like diving into cotton candy. When you turn, the snow blooms around you like dry ice. It feels so smooth it makes you want to shout.
Once you’ve experienced Furano’s top-tier Japow, it’s seriously addictive. You’ll want to come back every winter!

This place is perfect for winter fun! The snow is super fine and fluffy, so it feels great to ski on. The slopes are big enough for both beginners and experienced skiers to find something they like.
The scenery nearby is gorgeous—on clear days, you can see the Daisetsuzan mountain range, which makes for dreamy photos.
After skiing, you can head into town for good food or a hot spring. The whole trip is just awesome!

The snow here is super fine and fluffy, which makes skiing really smooth. There are slopes for all levels, so whether you're a beginner or an expert, you'll have a great time. On clear days, you can see a vast snowy landscape and the wide Furano plains from halfway up the mountain—it's absolutely beautiful. There are also hot springs and great food, so you can enjoy a relaxing ski vacation. No wonder it's such a popular ski spot in Hokkaido.

The powder snow in Furano is just unreal—it's so fine, you feel like you're melting right into it as you ski.
