If you go up to the higher floors, the view is pretty nice.
You can see the port and the city, and on a clear day it feels really relaxing looking out over the sea.
Overall though, the atmosphere feels more business-like than touristy, so it doesn’t have a strong sightseeing vibe.

The whole building has a really modern design, and the elevator takes you up to the higher floors in no time. The observation deck offers an amazing view—you can see Takamatsu Port, the Seto Inland Sea, and the city all at once. On a clear day, it's super relaxing. The space inside is clean and comfortable, not crowded or noisy. Overall, it's a chill spot that's great for taking photos and perfect for a casual stroll to enjoy the scenery.

You can see all of Takamatsu and the Seto Inland Sea from the observation deck. The view is amazing when the weather's good! There are also restaurants and cafes downstairs, so you can enjoy the scenery while grabbing a bite. Just a heads up—the elevator to the top isn't free. I recommend going around sunset. Watching the sun go down is totally worth it!

The observation deck on the 29th and 30th floors is totally free, which is awesome! The view is fantastic—you can see the Seto Inland Sea and several islands in the distance. On a clear day, the scenery is super relaxing.
