From my own experience, it was pretty good. They responded quickly and had a very good attitude. It doesn't matter if you don't speak Japanese; you can communicate directly in Chinese. They're very friendly to foreigners, and all prices are clearly explained in advance, with no hidden charges. They also won't quote you random prices just because you're a foreigner.
