Based on my own experience, it was pretty good. They responded quickly and had a great attitude. It doesn't matter if you don't speak Japanese; you can communicate directly in Chinese. They're very friendly to foreigners, explain all prices in advance, and have no hidden charges. They also won't quote you an arbitrary price just because you're a foreigner.
