There are lots of watch shops on the 3rd floor of Nakano Broadway, so you can take your time comparing prices. Some staff can also communicate a little in Chinese or English, which makes it fairly tourist-friendly.
There are many stores, and the price differences can be pretty big. I’d recommend checking a few places before buying. Sometimes the price gap for the exact same model is really noticeable.

Finally got the watch I've been wanting for so long! Nakano is the go-to place for secondhand watches, and the prices are a bit cheaper too. Best part is, the shops here have staff who speak Chinese.

Rolex watches aren't cheaper here right now. A lot of the popular models have gone up in price, and you have to pay above retail to get them.
With the Japanese yen so low right now, buying a watch in Japan should be cheaper and a better deal than back home.
