Furano Ski Resort
Furano Ski Resort is located just 10 minutes by car from downtown Furano in Hokkaido. It is also known as part of the “Hokkaido Powder Belt,” which boasts some of the world’s finest powder snow.
What impressed me most about Furano wasn't just how great the snow was for skiing, but how absolutely unreal the scenery was. Looking out from the slopes, the view opens up completely and stretches as far as the eye can see, making you momentarily forget that you came there to ski.
