Ajino Sapporo Onishi
A popular ramen shop that opened in 1991 as an offshoot of Ajino Sapporo, a ramen restaurant once located in Aomori. Its Miso Curry Milk Ramen, long loved by locals as an Aomori soul food, originally came from the main Ajino Sapporo shop. It is said to have been created in the 1970s at a customer's request and was later added to the regular menu after first being treated as a secret item.
