Yanaka Ginza
After looking at Yanaka Cemetery on your left and keep going up on a gentle ascent, the Gotenzaka, you will find stairs called “the Yuyake-dandan”. The stairs are landmarks of Yanaka, which is a loved place because it is famous for its beautiful sunset. When going down the stairs, the Yanaka Ginza spreads in front of you.
I stopped by here while taking a walk around Yanaka. The shopping street has a great old Tokyo vibe.
There are quite a few unique little shops and snacks along the way, and it was really pleasant to stroll around. Before I knew it, I had spent quite a while there.
