At the well-established Wada Shoten founded 150 years ago, you can try out a workshop involving the creation of knives as a traditional craft. Choose the one you like from small knives, pointed carvers, sashimi knives, and all-purpose knives.
It was great to learn how to make and take care of high quality Japanese knives from a master with 70 years experience.
