  • This church was built in the late 19th century and still holds religious activities today. When we visited, there was a Catholic gathering going on, so we just took a look from outside and moved on.

  • Besides the wisteria flowers, Kawachi Wisteria Garden also has a rich natural environment with lots of birds and insects. You can really enjoy nature here, but unfortunately, it gets pretty crowded.

  • When I visited, the rice had already been harvested, so the terraces looked pretty dry. But the air was really fresh and nice.

  • This is one of the oldest Confucius Temples in Japan, but it looks a bit run-down and neglected. Honestly, it was a bit disappointing.

    It's pretty normal for temples to have vegetarian restaurants, but having a café that also serves alcohol inside the temple is kind of confusing to me.
