It’s really close to the city center. You can get there in under an hour, which makes it way more convenient than Narita.
The whole airport feels very clean and polished. The attention to detail at Japanese airports is honestly hard to beat.

You can take the ropeway up or drive, and each way has a different feel. But the views from the ropeway are really nice.

It’s surrounded by mountains and valleys, and the scenery feels really untouched. It has that hidden-gem vibe.
The bridge itself is made of vines, so it feels a little unsteady when you walk on it, but it actually feels fairly safe. -

It feels like walking into a small European town. The white buildings with the ocean view are absolutely beautiful, and the whole atmosphere is fantastic!
