“TOKYU PLAZA GINZA”; a commercial building 1 minute walk from Tokyo Ginza station.

On the 8th and 9th floors of the TOKYU PLAZA GINZA, there is “LOTTE DUTY FREE GINZA”. Unlike ordinary tax free shops in town that only exempt consumption tax, at this store, you will be also exempted from paying customs duties, tobacco tax as well as liquor tax. The Ginza store is actually the largest duty free store in Tokyo with the largest square meter space (approximately 4,400㎡)

Watches, jewelries, perfumes, cosmetics, home-appliances, and knick-knacks. Items by more than 150 Japanese and International famous brands are available. Main items on the 8th floor are fashionable brand watches by GUCCH, COACH, POLO, OMEGA, etc.

Wide varieties of cosmetic brand shops on the 9th floor including KOSE, SHISEIDO, SK-II, etc.

To buy items, you pay at each shop and receive “Exchange Ticket” that you will need to pick up your purchased items at an airport. After arriving at Haneda or Narita airport, first you need to complete departure procedure. Then, take the ticket to the “Duty Free Pickup Counter” and receive your items.
