As the hands and feet generally don't sweat or produce much sebum, they have a tendency to become overly dry when exposed to the cold or dry air. This often leaves them in a cracked and chapped state, which can also be painful. Chilblains occur when the ears, fingers, toes, and other extremities get cold and are then warmed up too quickly, causing blood to leak from the blood vessels. In cases like these, generously apply Oronine H Ointment to the affected areas.

In the case of minor cuts and scrapes, and puncture wounds, we advise cleaning the affected area before applying ointment. Oronine H Ointment disinfects the wound and prevents suppuration. We recommend always carrying a tube of Oronine H Ointment with you when you go out.
