Using soup from fugu bones soup stock and fugu fish meat for ramen toppings, this ramen is beyond extravagant although it is priced reasonably at 1,200 yen per bowl. You can choose a salty or soy sauce based soup.
“Chazuke,” the leftover ramen’s soup poured over rice cooked with fugu soup stock, is popular.
