[Closed Down] JIKABY' Thick-cut Steak
A specialty steakhouse that grills quality meat on a lava stone grill
A specialty steakhouse for red meat and dry-aged beef stands in a building marked with white focal points.
The meat used is Australian grass-fed beef. “Grass-fed” refers to meat from cows that were raised and fed on pastures and is characterized by its high nutritional value.
Unlike steaks that are grilled on ordinary iron plates, lava stone grills are used so the steaks are juicy and fragrant due to the far-infrared rays.
Also, pink Himalayan rock salt and special garlic sauce are used to enhance the flavor of the meat.
There is a large variety of special wine available to make the perfect pairing with the meat.
