They use the "Taiichiro-kun" brand of red sea bream delivered directly from Ehime Prefecture that is famous for raising sea bream. The soft food texture and faint sweetness from the fat spreads through your mouth, and it has a deliciousness not to be outdone by something caught naturally.
Their most popular dish is Ehime's local cuisine, "Uwajima taimeshi". Usual "taimeshi" is made with the rice and sea bream cooked together, but with Uwajima taimeshi, fresh sea bream sashimi is placed on the cooked rice, and it is a dish that is eaten covered with sauce that contains a raw egg.
Raised sea bream called "Taiichiro-kun" has a delicious softness and a sweetness that spreads in your mouth.
Their "Uwajima taimeshi" as part of Ehime's local cuisine is superb.
They have a large variety of sake and shochu, and they also have an all you can drink plan.
