This is a community activity center built by Kawasaki City to deepen the interaction between Kawasaki Harbor and its citizens.
In the indoor or outdoor, can be engaged in physical exercise, leisure relaxation, outdoor sports and other activities of different purposes.
Facilities such as gymnasium, gym, tennis court and beach volleyball court enable citizens to take up various sports easily.
There is also an observatory, 51 meters above the ground, on the 10th floor of the tower, offers panoramic views of ships sailing in Tokyo Bay and factories in Kawasaki prefecture. At the same time, it’s facilitated with Kawasaki port maritime history, fisheries and other related guided learning areas.
The adjacent “Higashi Ogishima Naka Park” has barbecue areas, camping areas, and picnics on the grass are also recommended.

Rise
川崎Marien真的是一个非常值得一游的地方。我曾经和父母一同去过，坐在10楼的观望厅里看着大海，看着地面上像玩具车一样的无数汽车进进出出的感觉非常有趣。而且不用花费一分钱，游人又不是很多。
