There are many delicious foodstuffs in Awaji island, such as “Shirasu” (juvenile Japanese sardine/anchovy), “Mikan” (satsuma mandarine) and “Awaji Beef”, and it has been called “Miketsukuni” (the land of royal provisions). Sanchoku Awaji-shima “Akaiyane” is a place that provides carefully selected very attractive foodstuffs of Awaji island.

A direct sales method is practiced, and being able to purchase fresh produce for a low price is attractive. A wide variety of products are available, such as famous confectionery, agricultural produce, seafood, incense sticks, incense, rice and local handicrafts.
There is also a restaurant “Seafood Cuisine Kitora” on-site, where one can fully enjoy the fresh seafood caught in the coastal waters of Awaji island.
