CUPNOODLES MUSEUM OSAKA IKEDA

At the CUPNOODLES MUSEUM in Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture, the birthplace of instant ramen, 11 exhibits and attractions will delve into the appeal of instant ramen.
At the "Chicken Ramen Factory," a workshop where visitors can make their own chicken ramen, they can experience the entire process from kneading the flour to making the noodles and can also enjoy the drying process using the "flash-frying" method (*Currently closed; information as of October 2021)

At "My CUPNOODLES Factory," a workshop where you can make your own Cup Noodle, you can choose your favorite flavor from 4 kinds of soup for your cup and add 4 toppings from 12 ingredients. You can make only one Cup Noodle in the world of your own taste and design. Currently, you need to buy a ticket to use My CUPNOODLES Factory (400 yen for 1 ticket) in advance.

Visitors can enjoy learning about the world's first instant ramen, Chicken Ramen, in “The Birth of Chicken Ramen (reproduced research hut)” where Momofuku Ando, the founder of Nissin Foods, developed it. There is also a "CUPNOODLES Drama Theater" that introduces the secrets of Cup Noodles using animation and computer graphics.

The "Exhibition of Instant Noodles" showcases the annual consumption of Cup Noodles from various countries in packages around the world. The "Instant Noodles Tunnel" also depicts the development of instant ramen in about 800 packages sold by Nissin Foods over the years.
