The Park sits on the northside of Narita International Airport’s runways, offering a close view of airplanes as they take off and land. The location known as “The hill with a plane view” is featured in TV shows, popular among photographers and tourists.
You can watch the wheels folded into the storage or steam coming off the main wings as a plane takes off and also the rare moment of landing so close as if you can touch it.
As the name suggests, there are many cherry blossom trees planted in the park, and in the spring, you can take photos of cherry blossoms along with airplanes.
The tourist hub ”Sora no Eki Sakurakan” offers local fresh vegetables, homemade lunch boxes, souvenirs related to Narita Airport.
The green lawn is so pleasant for a picnic as well.
