KIZUNA DINING, Fuchu Branch

This creative cuisine pub has three locations in Fuchu and Hino Cities. All rooms are private and you can savor cuisine made of choice ingredients from all over Japan along with select drinks.

Fresh seafood is sent directly from Toyosu Market or Kochi Market, Japanese beef from Shibaura Market, and Agu pork straight from Okinawa. Ingredients are carefully chosen from the best producers and cooked into sashimi or steak with the best-fit methods such as grilled with Bincho charcoal.

Much of the ingredients are from Shimanto, Kochi, where freshly-caught seafood is shipped right away. Himodori Katsuo (Bonito) Sashimi serves fresh fish caught within the same day. A rare treat in Tokyo.

The restaurant's recommendation, their original Japanese sake, Kizuna, was produced in Fujimusume, a historic brewery in Shimanto. Kizuna has the fruity “White” and clean “Black” versions. Enjoy it with a dish made of ingredients from Kochi.
