Opened in 1868, this is a traditional shop of over 150-year history in Fuchu. Today, there is a cafe offering French sweets and an Italian restaurant.
The first floor is a pastry shop with more than 30 kinds of cakes and baked goods. There is a cake with custard mousse and strawberry (648 yen) named after the store, Monamour, which means “My beloved.” Pastries are made by the patissier who was trained in Paris, France. During summer, they offer a sweets buffet where you can eat cakes, snacks and baked goods all you want.
The second floor is an Italian restaurant run by a chef trained in northern Italy. The seafood is directly shipped from Kanazawa Port, Ishikawa, which is used for pasta and grilled food. The menu has side dishes and dinner courses (2,970 yen and up).
