This complex facility, a self-renovated former charcoal wholesaler from the Taisho era themed around 'continuation', offers a space where visitors can engage with various cultures and arts centered around the tea ceremony. It encompasses tea, sweets, meals, alcohol, art, crafts, fragrances, books, music, and traditional culture.

MA features about 200 carefully selected varieties of Japanese tea from across the country, alongside accompanying sweets and meals. Tea utensils and art pieces by artists are also available for purchase.

MA offers a pairing course of selected teas and sweets, 'MA's CHAJI -Tea Sweets-', a casual lunch style 'MA's CHAJI -Day-', and for those who want to simply enjoy various teas, a tea tasting comparing three types of Japanese tea. Additionally, various experiences like 'Japanese Tea × Plant Fragrance Creation' are available.

In 'Japanese Tea × Plant Fragrance Creation', visitors can create their own original fragrance by layering their choice of plant scents over one of the six types of MA's original light-scented Japanese tea.
