You can have lots of activities at Lake Towada from spring to summer. Get on the sightseeing boat to view nature from the lake water, or enjoy canoeing, boat tour and many more.

Around Yasumiya, located at southern Lake Towada, the boarding point for sightseing boats, inns, restaurants and souvenir stores cluster. It has the “Maiden Statue,” a bronze sculpture by Kotaro Takamura, which is used as the base for touring the Lake Towada by many visitors. If you want to canoe, hike on Mt.
