The prefectural forest park is located on 230m high Mt. Banna in the center of Ishigaki Island. There are exotic tropical trees, a plaza where children can play freely in the great outdoors, and the best ocean view of Ishigaki Island can be seen from the observatory. There are many butterflies and plants that can only be seen in Yaeyama, making it a paradise for nature lovers.
The park is divided into five zones, each with its own purpose and theme, such as the "Forest Stroll" zone where visitors can bird-watch, and the "Fureai Kodomo Hiroba (Adventure Playground)" zone where there are many attractions and playground equipment for children and adults to play together.
Each of the numerous observatories has its own theme, offering panoramic views of the Yaeyama islands, as well as opportunities to observe migratory birds and waterfowl. The park also has the "Insect Museum," "Butterfly Garden," and "Segway Tours," and is attracting attention as a park where visitors can play all day long.

石垣島banna park有好多個展望台，也有專門賞鳥的展望台，還有森林步道等等，所以這個公園也適合親子同樂喔因為有超長滾輪溜滑梯，是看過最長的餒👍
