A facility where visitors can experience the traditional crafts for which Shizuoka City is famous reopened in May 2021. The experience is divided into three workshops: "Bamboo and Dyeing Workshop," "Wood and Lacquer Workshop," and "Fire and Earth Workshop," with a variety of experience plans available. At the "Bamboo and Dyeing Workshop", visitors can try their hand at Suruga Take Sensujizaiku, indigo dyeing, and tea dyeing; at the "Wood and Lacquer Workshop", woodwork and lacquer; and at the "Fire and Clay Workshop", visitors can try their hand at pottery making using an electric potter's wheel and other tools. To purchase artisan works, visit "Gallery Teto Teto". The gallery has a large selection of crafts and folk art from all over Japan, including works by the artisans who work at Takumishuku. If you visit the gallery after experiencing crafts, you will be able to enjoy the selection from a different perspective.

In addition, there will be a café "HACHI & MITSU" that uses honey produced in Mariko, "Yomogi Kintsuba Tokiya" that has inherited the local flavor, and other facilities where visitors can enjoy Shizuoka's culinary delights.
