Guests can savor meticulously prepared dishes made from carefully selected ingredients, primarily local, at the restaurant "Taian" or the grill "Taian." The restaurant "Taian" provides a Japanese-modern space, utilizing ancient wood and featuring an irori hearth. Here, guests can enjoy kaiseki cuisine that captures the essence of the seasons, and rice cooked in a kettle. The "Grill Taian" offers teppanyaki cooked right before your eyes, complemented by a selection of fine wines from around the world, with both counter and table seating available.
