Located on the right bank of the Jingawa River in Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, this comprehensive park encompasses the area once entered by Ozeki Masakatsu, a senior retainer of Fukushima Masanori who served as a warrior under Hideyoshi. The area has been known as Ozekiyama since then. The entire park is situated on a small hill, offering a panoramic view of Miyoshi City from its observation deck.

Known for the splendid cherry blossoms in spring and colorful autumn leaves, the park attracts many visitors during these seasons. In spring, about 600 cherry trees of various varieties, including Somei Yoshino, Yaezakura, and Edohigan, delicately color the park, with the best viewing lasting until late April. In autumn, about 800 maple trees vividly change colors, painting the entire mountain in autumn hues. The carpet of foliage spreading across the mountain slope is also magnificent. Lighting up the park during spring and autumn allows visitors to enjoy the enchanting nighttime atmosphere, different from the day.

The park also features attractions such as "Akuri Garden" with a statue of Akuri-hime, the third daughter of Asano Nagaharu, "Seishin Pond" representing a karesansui (dry landscape) garden, and a monument of Nakamura Kenkichi, a poet from Miyoshi City affiliated with the Araragi School.
