A popular underground mall in Sapporo, Hokkaido’s sightseeing hub. It offers easy access to routes leading to the subway stations “Odori” and “Susukino,” as well as the famous tourist spot, the Sapporo TV Tower. It also connects to above-ground commercial facilities such as fashion buildings and department stores, making it very convenient.

Pick up anything you run out of during your trip at drugstores, fashion shops, and variety stores. You can also take a break at a cafe to rethink your travel plans, or enjoy Japanese dishes like soba and tonkatsu at restaurants—there are plenty of shops for all kinds of situations. If you’re not sure what to get, head to “Kita Kitchen” for souvenirs. Along with classic Hokkaido favorites like “Shiroi Koibito” cookies and “ROYCE’” chocolate, you’ll find a wide selection of local specialties from across Hokkaido, including long-loved sweets and dairy products. For uniquely Japanese items, visit “Kimono Yamato.” They carry traditional accessories and kimono, so you’re sure to find a memorable piece.
