Along with classic options like nigiri and chirashi made with fresh seafood that highlight the skills of a long-established shop, the menu also offers plenty of creative dishes. You can also enjoy Sendai beef nigiri, aburi sushi with toppings seared over binchotan charcoal, and roll sushi made with avocado and crab. A la carte dishes using local ingredients, such as Miyagino pork kakuni and Sendai beef steak, are also recommended.

A standout is the new Sendai specialty, the “Sendai Zuke Bowl.” Fresh seafood marinated in a special sauce with a hint of Sendai miso is outstanding. The restaurant also offers a luxurious “Kiwami” version, lavishly topped with 16 kinds of seafood such as tuna, squid, salmon roe, and sea urchin.

For lunch, you can casually enjoy set menus with noodles and tempura, as well as assorted nigiri sushi. They also have a great selection of Miyagi local sake, so the food pleasures never end.
