食材都蠻新鮮的,生魚片厚度剛好,入口很滑順。店內環境偏安靜,有一點隱密感,適合想要慢慢享受壽司的人。價位中上,不過以品質來說還算合理。

Masuzushi
Casual yet refined Edomae sushi, tucked away in the back alleys of Tokyo’s Yaesu district.
Just a 3-minute walk from Tokyo Station’s Yaesu Exit, this renowned Edomae sushi restaurant is tucked away in a back alley. Since its founding in 1978, it has stayed true to its motto of “fast, affordable, and delicious,” offering guests a casual yet authentic sushi experience. In 2020, the restaurant underwent a complete renovation, transforming into a calm, wood-accented space. At the counter, diners can watch the chefs’ craftsmanship up close, while the second floor offers private rooms, box seating, and even seats where small dogs are welcome.
The owner personally selects fresh seafood at Toyosu Market, serving seasonal specialties such as wild-caught bluefin tuna, classic Edomae-style anago (conger eel), and snow crab delivered directly from Sakaiminato in Tottori. Course options include the Masu Course, Chef’s Omakase, and Okami’s Omakase, with not only sushi but also a wide selection of à la carte dishes. The rice is a blend of Koshihikari and Akitakomachi, perfectly matched with vinegared shari flavored with red vinegar. To complement the food, the restaurant offers more than 15 kinds of sake-an irresistible lineup for sake lovers.
