Depot Central

Depot Island is an open-air mall in American Village in Mihama, Chatan. Among the American-style buildings lining the waterfront, the one that stands out most is Depot Central, an eight-story building. Inside the photogenic pink and orange building are around 29 variety shops and restaurants.

The dining options include Okinawan cuisine, American-style cafes, hearty steaks and burgers, ramen, and more. The shopping is just as diverse, with resort-style apparel shops and variety stores featuring locally made items, making it easy to find Okinawa-style souvenirs as well.
