The hot spring is a sodium bicarbonate spring known as a "beautifying bath." Breakfast and dinner are both served buffet-style, featuring freshly prepared dishes from the live kitchen as well as plenty of local flavors such as Yamanashi’s regional specialty, hoto noodles (available seasonally).

There are also plenty of family-friendly facilities, including the kids’ space "Mori no 8," which offers play areas tailored to different ages. From a drift trike circuit and bouldering wall to a soft play zone for preschoolers, children can play to their heart’s content in this all-weather indoor space. For a more luxurious stay, the all-inclusive plan is recommended, with breakfast and dinner buffets, drinks and snacks in the lounge, and even hot spring and activity fees included (some items require an extra fee, and meal availability varies by plan).
