Relocated to the entrance of Shower Street and reopened in October 2025.
It carries Approx. 15,000 items. With 1,400 varieties including sweets, foods, alcoholic beverages, and folk crafts, it offers a wide selection of souvenirs that make great memories of your trip to Kumamoto.
The sweets and food section is especially extensive, featuring processed meat products made with Kumamoto’s local brand ingredients such as Akaushi beef and Amakusa Daio chicken, as well as long-loved traditional confections like ikinari dango and Chosen Ame.
Folk and traditional crafts that have been passed down in Kumamoto for generations are also highly recommended, including Higo zogan and Shodai ware, both designated as traditional crafts by the Japanese government, as well as Amakusa ceramics made from Amakusa pottery stone quarried in Amakusa City.
In addition to souvenir shopping, there is also a tourist brochure corner, making it easy to pick up the latest local topics that can be hard to find online.
