Pencil Tower is a stationery-themed tower attraction in the Goodjoba!! area of Yomiuriland. Pull the rope in front of you to lift your ride toward the triangle ruler at the top of the approx. 9 m tower. When you let go, the ride slowly descends.
Because the tower itself rotates gently, you can also enjoy views of the amusement park from above.
