AOSHIMA PICNIC CLUB is a multi-purpose outdoor facility that opened in summer 2024 inside Kodomo-no-Kuni in Miyazaki City's Aoshima area. This new tenant of the park has revitalized the expansive grounds of a former amusement park under the concept “Have a Picnic!”
In addition to the park's familiar park golf course and rose garden, the facility offers food, activities, camping, and more. Dining options include BYRON BAY COFFEE, an Australian coffee stand serving organic coffee; a restaurant offering lunch options such as hamburgers and sandwiches made with house-made bread; and a BBQ terrace.
There is also a wide range of accommodations and activities. Options include an auto campsite just a 30-second walk from the ocean, glamping in a tabunoki forest, and an RV park for casual overnight stays in your vehicle. The facility also offers private ocean-view saunas and electric-assist bicycle (E-BIKE) rentals. Picnic gear is available to rent, making it easy to relax on the lawn.
Whether you want an authentic outdoor experience, a casual stop at the café, or a stroll through the park, visitors of all ages can freely enjoy a resort atmosphere in a variety of everyday settings.
