The fried tofu in these soup noodles has a sweet flavor and tastes delicious after soaking up the broth. The udon noodles are springy and chewy, and the broth is rich and smooth. The sweet and savory combination is quite distinctive. A warm, satisfying bowl when you're feeling a little hungry〜

MARUCHAN Red Kitsune Udon has always been one of the instant noodles I make sure to buy whenever I visit Japan. The noodles are springy and smooth, and they still have a nice texture after soaking. My favorite part is the large piece of fried tofu soaked with broth. It's sweet and savory with a subtle bonito aroma, making every bite satisfying. The broth is light and flavorful without being too salty, so it doesn't feel heavy even after finishing the whole bowl. Sprinkle on the included shichimi spice for even more aroma!

The noodles are nice and chewy, and the broth is rich! The best part is the real tofu skin. When I'm too lazy to cook, this is my go-to and I still enjoy it a lot!
