All Reviews of Mt. Rokko (Rokkosan)

I originally thought Mt. Rokko was only worth visiting at night, but I became a fan as soon as I went up during the day! As the cable car climbed higher, the view outside got more and more beautiful. At the top, the air felt so refreshing, and there were mountain and city views as far as the eye could see. I couldn't stop taking pictures. Although I didn't get to see the legendary million-dollar night view, Mt. Rokko during the day definitely didn't disappoint. Taking a leisurely stroll and enjoying the breeze was so relaxing. If I get the chance, I'll definitely come back and experience both the daytime and nighttime views!

The night view from the top of Mt. Rokko is absolutely beautiful. No wonder it's called one of Japan's top three night views. With the cool evening breeze and the scenery, it's really romantic—perfect for couples.

Taking the cable car is so convenient! Even someone like me who doesn't enjoy hiking can easily get close to the mountain.

The view is wide open and the transportation is convenient.

There's a restaurant at the summit where you can sit down, have some coffee, and relax.

I really love natural scenery. Being able to take transportation straight to the top saves time and makes me want to get even closer to nature.

I happened to catch the sunset when I visited. The view from the mountaintop observatory was absolutely stunning.

With the music box museum, snow park, and sky garden, you can easily spend a whole day at Mt. Rokko.
