It's a great place to spend the whole day. If you don't have enough time, you might feel like you missed out on some fun.

Everything I wanted was either the wrong size or not in the color I liked. Ended up wasting my whole afternoon here.

It only takes about an hour by train from Kyoto. Compared to the Kansai Airport outlet, there are fewer tourists here—mostly locals. The area is huge and there are tons of brands.
