It's even more impressive than I imagined! On the other side is Awaji Island, which is my next travel destination.

This bridge is truly impressive! You can really tell how complex and challenging the engineering must have been.

You can take an elevator inside Akashi Kaikyo Bridge all the way up near the top of the tower. After heading back the same way, you even get a certificate. The tower-top experience ends there. The Akashi Kaikyo Bridge is definitely worth seeing.

The Akashi Kaikyo Bridge... It's the longest sea-crossing bridge in the world, and the views are just breathtaking! Walking on the Maiko Marine Promenade, you get to see the ocean right beneath your feet through the glass floor. Such an amazing experience! 😆

After visiting, I learned about all the challenges faced during construction. The engineers put in a huge amount of effort to overcome them. It's truly an impressive feat of engineering.

You can really relax here, just watching the sunset and the sea.

You can walk around under the bridge, and if you have extra time, you can pay JPY 250 to go inside the bridge. There's a short glass walkway inside, but it's a bit scary.
