They patiently explained the different styles and details while I was choosing and also offered suggestions based on my preferences. The entire shopping experience was very comfortable. I had originally planned to just browse, but I ended up finding several pairs of earrings that I really liked. I also successfully received a tax refund, making it a very good shopping experience.
